Rotary Dryeris suitable for the drying of NPK. The dryer adopts the hot wind from burning kiln to eject directly as the method of heating up. According to the physical characteristic, the inner of the container sets the second granulating area of material. At the time of material entering into the body and drying, it carries through the second granulation, which increases the intensity and output of grain. In the container, multi-angle upright board is reasonable distributed so that equal distribution of grain and the big heated area make material and kiln gas of high-temperature exchange sufficiently to make good drying effect1. Hot-wind ejection equipment that specially designed can stabilize the balance of working temperature sufficiently to reduce the loss of nutrient. It is especially adapted to the urea products of NPK. Body of cylinder adopts the structure of combination. Auto-jointing of submerged arc improves the precision of equipment, which is convenient for transportation and installment. Setting up the second granulation area improves the effect of granulation---- surface of grain is smooth and high-intensive. The inner of cylinder adopts compound winnow board which enlarges the interface of exchange between material and heat energy so that the equipment has the advantages of sufficient heat exchange, low consumption of energy and high efficiency. Equipped with the device of in-out, temperature sense showing, shaking device and special airproof set, the capability of the whole machine and the capacity of product efficiency are improved completely. The burning kiln designed is of high-effect and energy-saving meanwhile the operation is simple and convenient, the area occupies is little, and temperature-control is convenient.
